Labor Unions Still Bully Tennessee Employees

There are several ways to determine union representation. Unions prefer a method called card check, where employees publicly declare their vote by signing a union card.

Union officials may approach employees at work, call them and even visit their homes. They can apply peer pressure and intimidation, pressuring workers until they get a signature.

Card check puts Tennessee workers at risk for union intimidation...deception...and coercion.

Urge your legislator to protect workers’ right to a secret-ballot election.
The Fight for Workers’ Rights Isn’t Over
Tennessee workers live in a right-to-work state. But they can still face union intimidation in the workplace.

Tennessee employees have the right to work.

Now they deserve the right to vote too.

Private Decisions Deserve a Private Ballot

Deciding whether to join a union is a personal choice.  Tennessee workers deserve to make that decision in private.

With a secret-ballot election workers can cast their vote privately, the same way they chose political candidates at the ballot box
